Julie Myr After all the negative reviews I've read about other ankle weights, I got these and they are perfect. I think they cost a bit more than the usual but well worth it. I put them on the first time and not one complaint and I have very small ankles and am a beginner exerciser, so I was worried, but they are perfect. I highly recommend them.

Granny Joan These are wonderful. I am a 73 year old small framed female doing physical therapy for back pain. I ordered these to replace my homemade "sock" weights. I use them for leg raises and flat, as an abdominal weight for bridges. They fit snugly enough to not slip on my small ankle but are easily adjustable for a much larger person. Color coding is the same as TheraBand resistance bands so you know at a glance which ones are which. They are soft, well-made and come in a clear, compact screw together container for later storage. The price is equal to or better than other sites and they arrived in a very short time. With the bonus of free shipping, you won't find a better deal than this. I would definitely recommend TheraBand and Pro Therapy.

Bill Doughtry I tend to be a odd ball when useing these type products! I wear both ankle and wrist weights from the time I get up in mourning till i go to bed as part of my wardrobe honestly!I found that the wrist weights design was better for ankles the actual weight placement wasn't ideal for my wrist and the way it wraps the wrist seemed off as far as wearablity! I've had many of these products over the years! The best one I've come across for the wrist wear more like weighted gontlets and are designed for the wrist in mind not a one size fits all universal fitting for ankle and wrist! I plain to scrap these and continue looking for the right weights.

jaywolf Been looking for light weights for leg and upper body exercises since I have MS and exercise is vital. These are perfect. Sometimes I do use heavier weights (5# and 7#) and fewer reps, but these are wonderful for high-rep times.

Duckie These weights are perfect size and material for a child with autism who needs lot of occupation therapy. They have enough weight so he gets a great workout and he loves to wear them because the material is so soft. A great combination.

Duckie These weights are perfect for my son who has autism. The fabric is so soft, my son does not mind wearing them. They are the perfect size for him to carry around, so they work for his arms as well.

training Just got them so can't say how durable they are but they seem very well made.

Gymnast girl The weights are super comfortable and easy to use!
