BRC Overall a good lat machine. As some of the reviews I read before purchasing this product were correct. I am 6' 4" tall, 200 lbs. I have had to make adjustments in certain areas of the machine to get the full range of motion in certain exercises. IE instead of using the D rings that were sent to connect cable to carriage, cable to cable and cable to bar, I have had to bolt the connections directly together. I will say the welds on the seat base need to be looked at a little closer. The 2nd day I had the machine one of them broke. I have access to fabrication equipment so wasn't a big problem to fix. The last area is the hold down bar is about 2" to short for me one more hole higher would be perfect. Lastly the machine needs a push plate / hold down plate to increase the number of exercises you can preform on this machine. It has a few minor design flaws but for the price you can't go wrong. Like I said great machine for the money.

dolphin gal It was a breeze to assemble. I'm 5'5" and it's a perfect size for me. I bought it specifically because it is plate-loaded and I can increase weights by 2.5 or 5 pounds rather than stack-loaded machine where you have to jump 10 pounds at a time. I've used it for about a month now and workout 3-4 times a week. It's well constructed and works very smoothly. I'm so glad I bought it!
