10 inch forearms the handles are too small to grip; the clip that attaches the weight to the rope snapped the first time I used it with 20lb; after replacing that with a carabiner the metal clip that holds the rope gave way and dropped the weights AGAIN; also the foam on the handles spin around making it difficult to wind;
you are better off getting some thick pvc pipe that fits in your hand nicely drilling a hole in it and running a piece of paracord through it. then just tie a loop at the end of the string and presto you have the same thing that can hold 50 easily without breaking
Tom Only getting to gym 2-3 times a week lately, so picking up a few things I can do at home in between -- this seems to be OK for a fill-in, considering I just use 5-10 pounds -- read the other comment, can see that if going with 20# this might fall apart...my plan was to get a dowel and rope to do the same thing, but spotted this at the store and got lazy :)
