Dani S. The bench was easy to put together with a simple socket wrench. Considering the price, I expected it to be a bit flimsy but it feels (and looks) strong and is certainly well-built. I'm a 5'3" female and the bench is comfortable for both me and my 6'0" husband (both flat and inclined); it helps that the height of the leg pads is adjustable. What I love most about it is that I can move it around the room easily and tuck it away in the corner when not in use.
One thing to note: The front of the bench rests on a small square plate rather than a bar. If you are holding heavy weights and you lean too far to one side, the bench will lean with you.
Also, I recommend putting Loctite on the bolts that secure the padded bench. They have slowly come unscrewed a few times.
Overall a great purchase!
Jimmy Before I got this bench, my gym consisted of only a pull-up/dip bar and a pair of bow flex adjustable dumbbells. I was looking for something to help me target the upper chest; this bench did that and more. It shipped to my house in a suprisingly small package and was easy to put together. I haven't used the leg rollers yet but it would be nice if it came with an optional curling attachment to rest on while doing bicep curls.
It's a great addition for a small price!
