J-Wiggy I ordered this weight bench from hayneedle.com due to the fact that they offered it at the cheapest price compared to other popular websites. Other sight's reviewers stated the bench came with rips in the seats and other fabricated pieces of the equipment but mine came scratch free. The shipping on this product was phenomenal. It only took 3 days to ship to my house using this websites free standard shipping. Excellent product from an Excellent company! I am very impressed!

Got it for my son This product is sturdy and it will give my son years of use with out him out growing it. I wasn't in a rush, but it was a very straight forward assembly and I got it up in an hour. I did use my son as an assistant for the crossbar and upright assembly portion. I was surprised how big it was (I was replacing an older and much smaller bench) but it was a good deal at the price that I paid. I don't imagine that we will outgrow this bench anytime soon and I feel much more comfortable and secure regarding the weight that it can handle. The preacher curl component is a great add on and feels comfortable and is easy to attach and store when not in use. The lat machine portion is suitable for our needs. I have low ceilings so I do have to tilt the bench to get the lat adaptor to slide into the bench. In case it isn't obvious, the lat and preacher curl adaptors insert into the bench near the leg extension when being used and have storage slots behind the supports arms when not.The seating is comfortable but clumsy when in the full upright or in the incline position. My seat did come damaged with a slight rip. Lat bar is limited to 150 pounds which isn't a big deal. I like the ability to do squats on the back side of the bench. My son's friend was very jealous when he saw this bench and he was excited to try it out. All in all, this was a good purchase. Easy to set up, sturdy, versatile (for a weight bench) and a good low cost alternative. The lat bar and preacher curl extension was a selling point and something that set this bench apart from the others.[...], a few imperfections on the frame and a cut in the seat but I've encountered worse.

MS I replaced my gas consumption and fitness club with this basement-based weight setup. Bench has just about everything you need for a good workout, the directions were TERRIBLE, no explaination for many of the smaller parts aside from a complicated schematic drawing, but overall a very sturdy piece of equipment. The preacher curl bar attachment is not very smooth, pretty much useless and the bench is a bit short in the incline position if you're over 6 foot tall (your head will hang over the edge of it). Overall, I've been satisfied with it.

Rob This was the first at home gym that I've purchased and for the price, you can't beat it. Shipping was quick and cheap. The setup took about 2 hours and would be easier with another person but I managed to get it done on my own, fairly easily. What I like most about this set up is you can do a REAL, COMPLETE full body workout at home. Bench press (flat, incline or decline), lat pull downs, tricep pull downs, preacher curls, squats, leg extensions, leg curls, all within an hour to an hour and a half. Re-locating the towers, bars, etc. is simple. It's well built and pretty sturdy. The only gripe I have is the lat pull down bar requires you to add olymplic sleeves in order for the olympic weights to be used. The clip that attaches the sleeve to the bar is a little flimsy but it's an easy fix. Very happy with this machine and it was less than $300 after taxes and shipping, huge value! And I'm not one of those guys that writes reviews, but this deserved one.

mike the big bone freak i recamend this bench for anyone who wants a respectful workout. i think the bowflex is good but this overkills it on the strencthly workout.

Craig Pretty well made. Some details on the instructions could have been more precise. Adjustment pins fit alittle rough in the threads but for the average home use, you can not find any better at this price.

nick the kickboxer The bench has tons of parts to put the bench together but it was quite easy. There were good illustrations in the installation book. It is a heavy duty bench with lots of options for exercises. Great price for the quality!

Hakeem The best Olympic weight bench I ever have. The bench is very sturdy, much stable than any weight bench u ever had. I will by more home workout equipment from here. The price is even better, compare to all other stores.

BrettH This bench is not the be all end all of workout benches. With that said, it is a good bench for beginners and those looking to for a descent workout. I would not recommend this bench for a super heavy workout but is just fine for a light to a upper medium workout. I purchased this bench because I am not in need of a super heavy workout any more. If a heavy workout is what you want, then look a little further and pay the price for a larger bench more heavy duty bench. I agree with the other reviews that the instructions are horrible. Again, that being the case, I was still able to put the bench together alone in about 2.5 hours.
