Glen Easy to assemble in 30 minutes but you need 2 adjustable wrenches. The included tool is worthless. I had low back pain with some sciatica for over a year and believe it or not after 2 days I have been pain free. I use it only 10-15 minutes per day. It has really changed my daily life. I use a rolled up towel in my lumbar and neck for support. It is very light at only about 40 lbs. and easy to fold up and move from room to room. I got free shipping and received it in 5 days. Great service from Hayneedle. I really don't see any need to buy the more expensive tables. $130 and in 2 days pain free. It dosen't get any better than that for me at age 56. You must try it if you have back pain. Best to use good socks and shoes to keep from hurting feet. Also don't tighten foot holders too tight--it is painful. The grip is still good even when foot holders are loose fitting.

Back pain is history We use our inversion table to help with back pain. It does the job. It's sturdy. It was easy to assemble - taking about half an hour to do so. The tools included for assembly were the only downside - have your own tools handy - the ones included are flimsy and not very useful. Otherwise - very happy with this product.

Mike It looked like it a returned product. packaging looked as if it was opened and retaped. The rust is under the paint and pushed it off. I'll just sand the rust off and prime and paint. I have glued the broken parts. It works good and it would cost to much to return. That's what happens when you buy over the internet. If I were Dick's I would find another distributor.

abcklimek We use this to help reduce the number of chiropractic visits. It was a bit time consuming to assemble & took 2 of us. Also, the storage size between uses is a bit larger than we had hoped, but it was worth the money. It cost less than half of the one we were going to buy locally...[...]

New Back Ned Lower back often doesn't treat me like a friend. My wife and do 1-1 1/2 hr gym workouts 2-3 times a week, and have for years. This allows my back to be manageable, but not pain-free enough for many things to progress smoothly (yard work, home maintenance work, golf, hiking, etc.). It's been quite a hit and miss situation. Have been considering inversion table work for several months. After some extensive info gathering on the internet, I determined it a go. Then the search for the proper machine. The Body Champ was ordered on Sunday and arrived Wednesday. No missing items, no problems with assembly. After the first session (5 min at medium safety bar angle) I felt dizziness and some trouble dismounting. Took it slower the second time: everything clicked. The third session (7 min, same angle) went smoothly. There was some relief after No.1, real relief after Nos. 2 & 3. Due to influx problems I can use inversion only in mornings before breakfast. But it does the job for the day. My back is basically pain-free, even when first arising in the

AM. I have no other unit to compare, but this one has done more than I ever hoped for. Even after reading other testimonials that were positive, I didn't believe it would work for me--denial, denial. Folks, if you have lower back pain, you owe it to yourselves to give this a try. I am 5' 11", 173 lbs, and almost 79 years old. How tough could this thing be for you younger folk? Don't put it off as I did. Cheers.

JAM This product is well made and easy to use. I ENJOYING USING THIS PRODUCT.I FEEL BETTER ALREADY AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS OF USE. I WILL RECOMMED THIS PRODUCT TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

Charles This review is not so much about the finished product (I haven't had it long enough to determine how good it is to use) as it is about the assembly. Quite simply, the instructions are not very good. There are many, many pieces. Some things were pre-assembled but came apart during shipping so bolts, nuts, and washers were floating around in the box and plastic bags... I had to really look for them. The instructions have you doing some assembly which then has to be undone later to put the contraption together. And I had two bolts and a washer left over - and, yes, I double/triple checked to see if I had missed anything. And it took a long time to put together. There are a few references to one's "assistant" in assembly but honestly one doesn't need an assistant for the work, just for someone to yell and curse at because things don't go smoothly. It has to be someone who isn't sensitive. My dogs went outside so they were useless. The nuts won't hand tighten onto the bolts so two tools are need for each nut/bolt pair. I happen to have enough tools but many people won't. So far, I've used it a few times, satisfactorily. I'm beginning to think it won't fall apart. I'm optimistic that it will help my back problems.

Brad I've had numerous lower back surgeries and procedures over the last 6 years. On any given day, I've been taking one to two pain pills a day (plus more ibuprofen than I care to mention).

I received this product Monday afternoon. It is now late Thursday evening, and so far, the last pain pill I took was on Monday. That's by far the longest I've been able to go without taking pain meds. I can occasionally make it through a day without, but those days are few and far between.

I'm know this isn't a "cure" for my problem, and I've only been using it for a few days. But, so far, it has done a LOT to help with the pain. Even a few days without pain has been more than worth the cost. As of right now, I'm walking normally (no limping) and can even bend over and touch my toes.

I wasn't skeptical, I was just hoping that it might do something to help a little bit. So far, it's helped me more than I could have ever imagined.

Great product! Well built, good price, easy to use.

becky the only trouble i have is that i have a lot of problems with my sinuses and i can really feel them when i am inverted. i just keep my sessions short.
